FAQs

  • Will I receive confirmation and tracking information for my order?
    • As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.  This ensures we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
    • You will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout, as soon as your purchase leaves the facility.
  • How long does it take to ship once I place an order?
    • All orders are shipped same day if placed by 2pm est.
  • Our system immediately processes orders following a fraud protection verification. Your order details are scanned through an authentication software to validate the authorization of the sale. This ensures you and BundleKids are protected against fraudulent purchases and potential identity theft. Once your details are given the green light, we ship your purchase.
  • Payment capture does not occur until after the fraud protection check.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?

When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR.

  • How do I return an item?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

BundleKids does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items in our store, unless we are at fault in sending the incorrect product.

All items are new, fully inspected, tested and packed in premium poly mailers for full coverage. BundleKid’s staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard our customers from contamination.

If we send you the incorrect product, please email us at info@bundlekids.com so we may promptly address our mistake.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? – YOU MIGHT ASK…

BundleKids supports and protects our little ones. Our items are for babies and toddlers who are mostly susceptible to viruses that their immune system isn’t quite ready to fight off.  If products leave our facility and are opened, returned and re-sold, it leaves children potentially exposed to harm.
